The school is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join its administrative team. This is an important role within the school supporting daily operations and ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.
You will provide general administrative support across the school working closely with staff students and parents. The role requires strong organisational skills attention to detail and a positive professional approach.
Provide general administrative support to staff and departments
Manage incoming calls emails and enquiries
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Assist with student data entry and record keeping
Support the organisation of meetings and school events
Prepare documents letters and reports
Assist with admissions and attendance processes
Provide front-of-house support when required
Liaise with parents and external agencies
Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
