The successful candidate will teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4 with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Teaching Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5)
Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
Supporting pupils in developing problem-solving and analytical skills
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
Preparing pupils for GCSE and/or A-Level examinations
Contributing to curriculum development within the department
Supporting intervention and enrichment activities
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Have strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
Be confident teaching across multiple key stages
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills
Be passionate about improving pupil outcomes
Work effectively within a collaborative team
