Key tasks:

  • Drive promote and coordinate Quality activities/projects and standardization and spread best practices.
  • Develop Quality management systems with focus on auditing. process KPIs management training/competences development SOPs and instructions and improvement projects/activities.
  • As part of management support line management in their (line management) Quality accountability.
  • Guarantee customer requirements (if defined) are completely fulfilled.
  • Promote and manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality to prevent and limit the impacts coming from our activities in the environment and in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality Strategy.
  • To seek the improvement of product quality with team spirit organize all departments and production backbone of the company to carry out quality management activities improve the quality management awareness of all staff and promote the quality management work to a new level.

Products manufacture NDE welding or design and process knowledge.

Qualification (Education/Certification/Working experience):

Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.

Above 5 years relevant Leadership and Management skills in Quality function.

10years of working experience in mechanical industry.

Project work experience.
