SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION
Schedule: 700a.m. – 4:00 p.m. over time as needed including weekends.
Job Summary: Operation and maintenance of palletizer wrapper conveyors etc. Responsible for ensuring packaging materials are kept clean and safe. Maintaining quality product (ensure proper counts product appearance of packages product. before during and after packaging). Ensure proper labels are used on bags during production process. Documenting labels and product verification lot code information onto product. Record keeping related to cleaning and preventative maintenance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must possess basic math. (add subtract multiply and divide)
- Must be able to read speak write and understand English.
- Must be willing to climb up to 30 feet.
- Must be willing to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Must be willing to bend stoop push pull twist and turn throughout the day.
- Must be willing to work in hot and cold temperatures for periods of time.
- Must possess basic maintenance skills.
- Must be willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Must be willing and able to follow all safety and food safety rules.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor.
