Looking for an exciting opportunity to play a key role in business integration across Europe and beyond
GenePlanet EU based biotech company a global leader in the field of preventive genetic tests; specializing in NIPT cancer screening and lifestyle DNA tests is looking for a Business Integration Associate. With a presence in 45 markets worldwide and a passionate team of over 200 employees GenePlanet collaborates with over 5.000 medical centers doctors and insurance companies to provide top-quality tests based on the latest scientific discoveries. Our tests are designed to empower individuals to take control of their and their babys health as well as assist doctors with therapeutic procedures.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the management and integration of companies we acquire and merge into our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen a solid understanding of financial data and a business-oriented mindset.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the M&A agenda: target prospecting negotiation due diligence transaction documents preparation and closing of the transaction.
- Assist in the management and integration of newly acquired businesses into our company structure.
- Analyze financial reports and data to assess company performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with overall business goals.
- Provide strategic input on business operations and commercial opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) post-integration.
- Support the leadership team in decision-making processes related to acquisitions and mergers.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in business management finance or a similar role.
- Strong commercial and business sense with the ability to analyze financial statements and data.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is essential.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time primarily within Europe but also internationally as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
