Define and own the end-to-end program vision aligned to business and value-
stream objectives
Translate strategy into prioritised phased delivery roadmaps
Ensure all initiatives are aligned to OKRs KPIs and value realisation metrics
Continuously assess trade-offs between scope cost speed and quality
2. Execution & Delivery Leadership (Non-Negotiable)
Drive decisive execution-focused delivery across multiple workstreams
Proactively identify and resolve risks blockers and dependencies
Hold teams accountable for commitments timelines and outcomes
Maintain momentum-avoid slow overly cautious or passive delivery
approaches
Ensure delivery remains focused on business outcomes not just task
completion
3. Product-Oriented Mindset
Operate with a product mindset even within program delivery
Clearly articulate customer user and business value
Partner with Product Legal and Technology teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-
purpose
Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform sustainability
4. Stakeholder & Business Partnership
Act as a trusted delivery partner to Legal Procurement HR Finance and
Business leaders
Build strong credible relationships through transparency and consistent
execution
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Influence decisions using data clarity and outcome-based framing
5. Agile Delivery Governance & Ceremonies
Establish and run effective program ceremonies (planning backlog refinement
reviews retrospectives steering)
Implement lightweight governance that enables speed rather than constraining it
Maintain strong backlog discipline prioritisation and delivery cadence
Adapt delivery models (Agile / hybrid) based on program needs
6. Metrics OKRs & Performance Management
Define and track OKRs KPIs and delivery metrics
Use data to drive prioritisation decision-making and course correction
Regularly report progress risks and outcomes to senior stakeholders
Ensure transparency of value delivered vs. effort investment
7. Documentation & Delivery Artefacts
Own and maintain high-quality documentation including:
o Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
o Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
o Program plans and delivery roadmaps
o Risk dependency and decision logs
Ensure documentation is clear concise current and usable
Treat documentation as an execution enabler not an afterthought
8. Technical Agnostic Capability
Operate confidently in complex technical environments
Partner effectively with architects engineers and platform teams
Diagnose delivery or system issues at a high level and drive resolution
Experience supporting multiple systems integrations or platforms is strongly
preferred
