Were looking for a talented and passionate Product Manager to work on one of the most advanced Retail Media Platforms in the industry - where data AI and creativity automation meet commerce.

Your mission will be to turn retailer and campaign data into actionable insights that help brands maximise ROI and plan high-performing retail-aligned media strategies.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the visionroadmap and delivery of the product suite that assist internal sales exec teams as well as brands and agencies understand everything about yield reporting optimisation opportunities and business intelligence covering all Tesco Retail Media channels including Onsite Store Offsite etc.
  • Deliver features that enable our users to understand the availability quality and monetization potential of media inventory enabling smarter decisions around allocation pricing and campaign planning.
  • Combine product management excellence with a deep understanding of yield reporting optimisation and business intelligence fundamentals in turn to ensure every impression or placement delivers the highest possible value while meeting advertiser and shopper experience goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional squads design data science engineering proposition and UX research to ensure planning workflows are intuitive insight-rich and aligned with planner needs empowering confident data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor evolving industry trends competitor capabilities and user expectations to ensure our tools remain best-in-class.
  • Partner with data science teams on predictive models for pricing inventory allocation and optimisation capabilities.
  • Champion data integrity and scalability ensuring planners can trust the numbers they see.
  • Prioritise the detailed product backlog working with technical teams to ensure sprint level releases are aligned to the strategic product roadmap.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams on a day-to-day basis to resolve challenges and ensure we build quality products our users love while championing agile software development best-practice
  • Manage the roll out of the product within the business (e.g. system and process updates communications and training to all appropriate areas). Support the Product Marketing team to produce training and education materials for internal and external upskilling where required.

What we expect from you

  • Good understanding of revenue models yield metrics (eCPM fill rate) and monetisation strategies
  • Exposure to yield optimisation principlesbusiness intelligence tools andreporting frameworks.
  • Understanding of data privacy attribution and media measurement frameworks (multi touch attribution uplifts
  • Comfortable working with data science teams to translate models into productised tools.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience with multi-tenant B2B SaaS or self-serve ad platforms preferred
  • Bachelor/ Masters degree or equivalent in business marketing engineering
  • Experience with retail media platforms ad servers programmatic buying and auction-based pricing models will be an added advantage.
