We are hiring Service Manager - Grill 79;
As a Service Manager - Grill 79 we rely on you to:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service from opening to closing.
- Manage the guest experience with personalized service for VIPs and special occasions.
- Maintain high standards of service hygiene and grooming in line with hotel and Forbes guidelines.
- Train and motivate the service team providing regular sessions on menu knowledge and wine pairing.
- Drive revenue through upselling wine sales and private dining bookings.
- Manage P&L controlling labor and operating costs.
- Be responsible for the online reputation of the restaurant.
We are looking for someone who:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a fine dining or a 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong passion for gastronomy and familiarity with culinary trends.
- Solid knowledge of wines spirits and mixology; WSET Level 2 is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suited to a luxury environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent guestengagement skills.
- Demonstrates consistent professional values and integrity.
