Description

The Senior Business Analystplays a critical role in strengthening analytics reporting excellence and decisionmaking across Professional Tools Europe. This position owns key operational and supplychain reporting processes while driving increased analytical maturity automation and crossfunctional insight generation. The role has a dual focus across Operations and Supply Chain providing analytical leadership critical reporting and decisionsupport to both position ensures continuity of essential operational and performance reporting while advancing the organizations analytical maturity through automation integrated BI and DOMO dashboards improved data governance and forwardlooking analysis. The Senior Business Analyst will partner across functions to translate complex data into clear decisionready insights supporting both daytoday operational excellence and longerterm strategic initiatives

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Operational & Performance Reporting: Maintain and enhance critical recurring operational reports including backlog servicelevel and customerspecific performance dashboards ensuring ongoing accuracy visibility and insight generation for crossfunctional teams; Provide insight and commentary on performance trends root causes and operational risks Partner with Plant teams to ensure accuracy data consistency and KPI alignment;
Supply Chain Analytics & Decision Support: Support Supply Chain planning backlog health customer allocation and service-level analytics Lead and improve freight tracking waterfall reports and locationlevel tracking Support strategic supply network initiatives with cost inventory and servicelevel analytics;
Business Intelligence & Automation: Build integrated Power BI dashboards automate recurring reports and improve data pipelines across SAP/JDE Excel sources and ensure consistent data governance;
CrossFunctional Decision Support: Provide structured analysis for multiple functions support initiatives with datadriven insights prepare analytical narratives and perform scenario modeling;
Data Governance & Process Excellence: Strengthen data definitions partner with IT/Digital improve data pipelines and support BI/DOMO communities;
Strategic & ForwardLooking Analysis: Conduct trend analysis risk assessments and support planning cycles with insight packages;
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted partner support leadership reviews and promote datadriven decisionmaking.

For This Role You Will Need:

8 years in Business Intelligence Business Analysis Operations Analytics Finance or related fields;
Proficiency in Power BI SQL Advanced Excel and ERP systems;
Experience with DOMO or similar BI platforms;
EndtoEnd Supply Chain Thinking;
Data & Digital Fluency (Power BI automation modeling);
Strong communication and storytelling skills advanced Power Point knowledge;
Fluency in English;
