Job Summary

Synergie Australia is seeking experienced HR Drivers to join a fast-paced medical waste management team in Yatala. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work takes pride in maintaining high standards and is interested in penalty and overtime benefits.

The important parts:

Multiple positions available
Starting between 12am -5pm weekdaystypical shifts average 8 -12 hours
$39.89 per hour extensive penalties and overtime weekly pay
Immediate start for the right candidate

What you will be required to do:

Safely and punctually delivermedicalwastebins to various healthcare facilities and collection points according to assigned routes and schedules.
Engage in physically demanding tasks including the lifting and movement of heavymedicalwastebins
Efficiently load and unloadmedicalwastebins onto and from the delivery vehicle
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Follow established safety procedures and protocols to minimize risk
Effectively communicate with the dispatch team supervisors and other relevant personnel to relay information about deliveries delays or any other issues that may arise.

To be successful in the role you will:

Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a driving role including multi-pick ups
Hold a current HR drivers license
Have waste industry experience (desired)
Hold a forklift license (desired)
Have a strong focus on safety compliance and time management
Be physically fit for manual handling as required
Have full Australian working rights
Understands that the role is not simply driving from point A to Point B
Willing to have pre-employment vaccinations of Hep A & B
