Location: Boca Raton FL Full-Time Flexible Schedule On-Call Rotation Division: Residential HVAC Service & Repair

Southern Coast Services is looking for an HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in solving problems delivering clean work and making customers feel confident in their comfort systems. Were growing fast in South Florida and we need skilled driven pros to keep up with demand.

What Youll Do:

Diagnose repair and INSTALL residential HVAC systems (all brands and system types).
Perform clean thorough diagnostics and document everything in Service Titan.
Provide homeowners with clear honest options and deliver top-tier service on every call.
Handle heat pumps air handlers compressors condensers ductless units and more.
Run refrigerant and airflow tests locate leaks swap motors and install control systems.
Maintain your truck tools and inventory organized and ready to roll.
Join the on-call rotation to support after-hours service needs.
Participate in company meetings technical training and safety sessions.

Requirements: please DO NOT APPLY unless you have these requirements

2 years of residential HVAC service install and repair experience.
Excellent diagnostic and communication skills.
Comfortable using Service Titan mobile dispatch software.
Valid drivers license clean MVR (Required).
Clean professional appearance with a customer-first mindset.
EPA certification preferred (but not required well help you get it).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs climb ladders and work in attics when needed.
