Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Zuni NM. This is a unique opportunity to serve the Zuni community while working with Indian Health Services. Position Details:

• Schedule: 80 hrs per week. 12 hrs per day. Week on and off or 2 weeks on and off model.
• Holidays: Federal holidays off (11 paid federal holidays)
• Patient Census: 10-12 patients per day
• EMR: RPMS (training provided if needed)
• Licensure: Any active state license is accepted
• Credentialing Time: Approximately 8-10 weeks

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate (1099 contract): $200 per hour
• Pay Rate (W2 option): $150 per hour
• Additional Compensation (W2 only): Annual salary up to $300000
• PTO: 4 weeks of paid time off per year (W2 option only)
• Paid Federal Holidays: 11 paid federal holidays per year
• Flexible Schedule: Option for two weeks on two weeks off schedule

Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active medical license in any U.S. state
• Ability to start in May 2025
