Job Title: Oracle Cloud Developer HCM
Location: Fully Remote (Would be great if we can find a local resource willing to come onsite (Denton TX) some but not required.)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Interview Process: 2 rounds
Must Have:
- OCR EXP OIC EXP HCM SUPER STRONG & Any one (VBCS ATP APEX PL/SQL etc)
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day/The Project:
- TWU is a lean team and they always need people to wear multiple hats and help out in other areas in Oracle. They are a heavily customized environment and do a lot of solutions from scratch.
- The main role is an end-to-end developer with deep experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Some to handle design to implementation including coding configuration integrations design deployment stakeholder engagement etc.
- Their role involves system architecture workflow automation compliance integrations and reporting to ensure smooth HR and payroll operations.
- They will help create the dashboard customers are requesting: custom reporting etc.
- Troubleshot ticketing issues around payroll or helped build reports that required coding. Troubleshoot payroll errors and discrepancies using Fast Formulas and Payroll Flows.
Top Required Skills:
- Must have Senior-level experience of Oracle Cloud System Development:
- Expertise in HCM module focuses on designing integrating and optimizing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Experience with utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) HCM Extracts and Fast Formula for seamless payroll and recruitment process automation.
- Deep understanding of developing custom solutions using PaaS services in OCI using VBCS ATP APEX PL/SQL etc. Will need to develop solutions from scratch with VBCS APEX ATS SQL.
- Needs to be able to do custom builds in HCM
- Know about integration with web services and APIs - Strong in experience in API
- ETL Development. ETL Tools: Familiarity with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and tools.
- OTBI
- In-depth knowledge and experience SQL PL/SQL J-Query HTML and JavaScript
- Should have strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components & capabilities including all major OIC adapters and different orchestration integration patterns
Soft Skills:
- Decent communication skills to interface with internal teams and the business stakeholders
