Short Description
In 2023 the Operators handled 700000 calls with 25 FTEs and only one Manager supporting the operations. YTD for 2023 up to April 2024 they have handled 250000 calls with an average of 25 FTEs. Our manager needs support to manage a 24/7 365 days operation and maintain an excellent level of support for the patients their families our providers and our Cooper team members in the Hospital and the Ambulatory offices.
Experience Required
- 0-2 years experience
- Call Center work experience
- 2 years of lead operator supervisory and/or management experience in a hospital environment (at least 10 direct reports).
Education Requirements
High School or GED required
Bachelors preferred
Special Requirements
- Demonstrated managerial and leadership skills with proven ability to interact effectively with peers and customers.
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to coach mentor and develop staff.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook required along with ability to learn and troubleshoot basic computer issues.
