The Smart Energy Sr CustomerMarketingManager forHoneywellwillbe responsible forowningdevelopingand executingthe globalmarketing strategies that driveawarenessdemandandgrowthfor the business. This role requires strong leadership skillswith the ability to manage and execute global marketing campaignsto achieve businessobjectives.



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developcomprehensive marketingstrategiestodrive awarenessdemandand market penetrationforSmart Energyproduct portfolio.
  • Manage the marketing budgetand resources ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
  • Manage coach and guide marketing team to drive high engagement and performance.
  • Lead and driveintegratedmarketing initiativesto deliver GBE marketingpipelineconversionand revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsand key stakeholders includingleadershipsales product management and customer service to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with offering managementand sales tolaunch new products enable commercialreadinessand develop marketing strategies to gain traction in target markets.
  • Create and manage content marketing strategies including the development of creative assets compelling messagingand thought leadershipsuch as blog posts whitepapers and case studiesto clearly articulate value and attractretainand grow our market share.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights tooptimizeperformance.
  • Stayup-to-datewith industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective.


Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience incustomermarketing partner marketing ora relatedrole.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business ora relatedfield.
  • MBA or similar advanced degree would be preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build andmaintainrelationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-makingto improvecampaign performance.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets andoptimizingresource allocation.
  • Proficiencyin marketing automation tools CRM systems and analytics platforms ( Google Analytics).
