Role Impact & Expectations:
As an Endpoint Engineer MDM you will play a critical role in designing implementing and managing a secure automated device ecosystem for a global workforce. Your expertise will drive a seamless zero-touch deployment experience and robust endpoint security across Apple Windows and cloud desktop environments. You will be the subject matter expert for endpoint management automation and escalation support ensuring the organization s devices remain secure compliant and efficient.

Emphasis on Skills:
This position demands hands-on mastery in Jamf Pro Microsoft Endpoint Manager Amazon WorkSpaces and scripting (Bash PowerShell). Strong competency in endpoint security device lifecycle automation and BYOD management is essential. Experience with Okta or Azure AD for device enrollment and SSO is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design deploy and maintain endpoint management solutions for macOS iOS and Windows environments
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex endpoint issues and service desk escalations
- Architect configure and maintain Jamf Pro environments including configuration profiles policies and patch management
- Lead administration of Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for policy enforcement application delivery and security baselines
- Manage Apple Business Manager and Windows Autopilot for zero-touch deployment
- Administer and optimize Amazon WorkSpaces including directories custom bundles and image management
- Troubleshoot AWS WorkSpaces connectivity and performance issues
- Develop and maintain PowerShell and Bash scripts for automation and API integration
- Build and maintain software deployment packages (dmg pkg msi) for silent installations
- Implement automated reporting for hardware inventory license compliance and security audits
- Enforce endpoint security standards including FileVault/BitLocker encryption and EDR agent health
- Collaborate with Security teams to remediate endpoint vulnerabilities
