Job Summary:

Learners Cortex is seeking a dynamic and empathetic Student Counselor to guide and support students in their academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students regarding courses career paths and learning opportunities
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and walk-in inquiries
Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents
Assist in the admission and enrollment process
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions
Collaborate with the internal team to improve student engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and counseling abilities
Ability to build trust and rapport with students
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office CRM tools preferred)
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with prior experience in counseling sales or customer handling can apply
