Job Summary

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven QA Manual Tester and Test Automation Engineer to support and enhance our Business Escrow Services applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both manual testing and automation testing with the ability to design and build test automation frameworks using Playwright.

This role requires someone who is proactive detail-oriented and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality testing solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright.
Write automated test scripts using JavaScript and TypeScript.
Perform manual testing activities including creating test plans test cases and test scenarios.
Execute functional regression exploratory and integration testing.
Identify document and track defects and issues throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with developers product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
Maintain test documentation reports and testing metrics.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices standards and processes.
Support continuous improvement of test automation strategy and framework design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Manual Testing and Test Automation.
Hands-on experience with Playwright automation framework.
Strong programming experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
Expertise in functional regression and exploratory testing.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.

Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
