Job Summary

Lead Java Developer
Location: Richmond VA - Hybrid
Duration: 9 months (contract only)
Interview: 2 rounds of interviews - 1 hour tech panel and a 30 minute job fit

Richmond VA currently or close by to commute
Ex Cap1 is preferred or someone with strong financial experience
Need Lead experience not just a Senior Resource

Must Have:

Java/Springboot
Spark
AWS
Prior CapOne (preferred)

Job Qualifications:

At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience in Microservices/API development with Java and Spring Boot. 8-10 for the lead
At least 4 years of experience in building scalable data pipelines with SparkJava and Spring Boot 8-10 for the lead
At least 2 year experience with cloud computing (AWS Microsoft Azure Google Cloud) 8-10 for the lead

Preferred Qualifications:

6 years of experience in Microservices/API development with Java and spring boot. 10 for the lead
5 years of experience in building scalable data pipelines with SparkJava and spring boot 10 for the lead
3 years of experience with AWS GCP Azure or another cloud service 10 for the lead
3 years of experience in open source frameworks 10 for the lead
