| Job Overview |
| We are looking for a seasoned Mainframe Testing Support Analyst to provide end-to-end testing support across backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in mainframe environments and a proactive approach to resolving environment-related issues that impact client testing cycles. |
|
|
|
|
| Key Responsibilities |
| Provide end-to-end testing support for backend systems ensuring smooth integration and functionality across environments. |
|
|
| Monitor and support file transmissions including performing replay and retransmission of files as needed to maintain data integrity. |
| Ensure all client service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently during testing and support operations. |
| Work closely with QA development and infrastructure teams to maintain stable and reliable test environments. |
| Note: Upstream and downstream systems outside the defined workflow are out of scope for this role. |
