Job Summary

Mandatory Skills/Experience:

Minimum 8 years in BMC Remedy ARS CMDB ITSM SLM and SRM (development customization administration)
Installation/configuration experience with Remedy ARS CMDB and ITSM (version 18.x and up)
Integration experience with tools like ADDM Netcool/ScienceLogic and Active Directory.
Experience with Remedy Smart Reporting

Desirable Skills/Experience:

BMC Remedy certification
ITIL Certification
Previous experience with OTI/Public Safety City agencies
