Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

- Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer with Tech lead responsibilities.

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including declarative and programmatic development.

- Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns APIs and middleware tools.

- Strong understanding of data modeling security and identity management in Salesforce.

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Apex Visualforce SOQL and Salesforce DX.

- Salesforce certifications are preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Roles & responsibilities

Design and develop Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud and other Salesforce products.

Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions ensuring best practices and compliance with organizational standards.

Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Define and enforce Salesforce governance security and data management policies.

Oversee integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs middleware and custom development.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.

Conduct technical reviews code reviews and performance tuning.

Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates new features and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Manage technical risks and resolve complex technical issues.

Document technical specifications and system configurations.
