Job Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Architect (Onsite / Chicago/ Work from Office)

Location: Chicago IL (with working in office for 5 days a week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Architect to join our enterprise technology team. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of Salesforceplatform experience with expertise in providing design silutions guidance and best practices in Salesforce ecosystem including but not limited to Data Cloud Einstein AI and Agentforce. This role will be responsible for designing scalable secure and high-performance Salesforce solutions that support our business objectives and drive intelligent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architecture design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds including focus on Data Cloud Einstein AI and Agentforce.

2. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs that align with best practices and enterprise architecture standards.

3. Define data models integration strategies and AI-driven automation frameworks to enhance customer and agent experiences.

4. Collaborate with product owners business stakeholders and development teams to deliver innovative user-centric Salesforceapplications.

5. Provide architectural guidance and governance for Salesforcedevelopment and configuration.

6. Ensure system integrity security and compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.

7. Stay up to date with Salesforce platform innovations and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.

8. Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce best practices including CI/CD performance optimization and data quality.

Required Qualifications:

1. 10 years of professional experience working with the Salesforceplatform.

2. Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) Einstein AI and Agentforce.

3. Proven expertise in designing enterprise-grade Salesforce architecture including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

4. Strong understanding of data modeling data integration (MuleSoft APIs) and real-time data streaming.

5. Experience implementing AI-powered solutions using Einstein for automation personalization and predictive analytics.

6. Demonstrated ability to architect intelligent agent experiences using Agentforce and related tools.

7. Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g. Application Architect System Architect) strongly preferred.

8. Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in regulated industries (e.g. Life Sciences Healthcare).

2. Knowledge of DevOps practices including source control (Git) CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks.

3. Familiarity with third-party tools and AppExchange packages that enhance Salesforce capabilities.
