Job Summary
Are you a strategic thinker who is passionate about delivering solutions to clients If so then join the Commercial Card Supplier Experience team and help facilitate and drive supplier adoption and growth across the Commercial Card this role you will collaborate with internal partners and clients to design and deliver suppliercentric payables strategies driving measurable outcomes.
As a Campaign Manager in Commercial Card you will bring to our clients a deep understanding of our suite of Payables solutions highlighting how they power supplier enablement adoption and retention. Thru tailored client and supplier strategies and an understanding of industry trends you will consult with our clients to create a payable strategy shaping their Supplier Campaign performance. You will partner closely with Commercial Card Sales and Relationship Management teams to consult and flawlessly execute suppliercentric payables strategies for our clients driving success growth and profitability across the Commercial Card portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategies in partnership with our clients to facilitate and drive success across then supplier recruitment campaign process
- Consult across Commercial Card teams to provide strategic support for new sales and existing client growth opportunities
- Partner with Commercial Card teams and Bank partners to develop client and supplier strategies aimed toward increasing andretainingsupplier enablement and revenue.
- Develop short term/long term payables strategies with our clients and prepare detailed analytics resulting in calls to action.
- Engage withclientsto develop materials and internal business cases to promote and champion newpayablesprocesses for Virtual Card Integrated Payables Virtual Connect Network and other partnerships.
- Support clients in navigating JP Morgan teams tools and resources related to Campaign success
- Track realizedspendwith ongoing strategy refinement as needed.
- Serve asan escalationpoint for Commercial Card clients growth outreach and retention of their program and suppliers.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5 years of experience increditcard industry financialservicesor merchant services.
- 5 years relevant experience with emphasis in sales and relationship management (payments financial services product strategy relationship management strategy development change management).
- High comfort level with detailed data. Ability to run sophisticated analytics in MS Excel and synthetize the output.
- Demonstrated success in developing consultative relationships with clients and partners.
- Critical thinking ability; understands big picture and details ties it all together and applies sound logical reasoning to complex problems; summarizes/speaks to it clearly and concisely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience.
- Superior partnership and influencing skills toinitiatea recommended course of action to solve a problem or increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environment; comfortable with leading change management.
- Mustdemonstratesuperior attention to detail with excellentorganizationskills.
- High levelof integrity energeticcompetitiveand goal-oriented; highly motivated; outstanding interpersonal time management and leadership skills.
