About the role
Are you passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities Were looking for an energetic and forwardthinking Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our People & Culture team on a 12month fixedterm contract. This is an exciting chance to partner with leaders across Flight Centre UK & Europe playing a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent across all brands and departments - including tech.
In this position you will take ownership of the full recruitment journey ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for every candidate. As a trusted brand ambassador youll showcase our culture values and the incredible career possibilities within Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG).
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening interviewing and hiring
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver effective tailored talent solutions
- Champion the Flight Centre brand to attract toptier candidates across multiple disciplines
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities
- Ensure every candidate enjoys a positive inclusive and memorable recruitment experience
What Youll Bring
- Strong proficiency with recruitment tools platforms and talentsourcing techniques
- Minimum 2 years experience within Flight Centre Travel Group and/or professional recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- A genuine passion for people - helping individuals find roles where they thrive and helping teams grow stronger
