Job Summary
As a Data Scientist II here at Honeywell you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and formulate data-driven solutions ensuring the delivery of high-quality actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Apply expertise in machine learning statistical modeling and data analysis to develop and implement advanced algorithms and analytical solutions
- Manage endtoend data science projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and the successful delivery of actionable insights
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture
- Contribute to the strategic vision of the Data Science team providing input on initiatives that align with business objectives
- Apply strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex data challenges and generate valuable insights
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2 years of experience within data analysis statistical modeling or another related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing advanced analytics models and algorithms
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Bachelors degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or related discipline
- Experience in leading and ownership of complex data projects
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align data science initiatives with business objectives
