Job Summary

We are seeking a service-minded and organized Office Coordinator to join us on a parental leave cover for about one year. Join our team in Landskrona Sweden and enjoy a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of.

What you would do as our Office Coordinator

As an Office Coordinator your main responsibility is to deliver outstanding service to everyone you meet. You will oversee our reception and switchboard serving as an ambassador for ASSA ABLOY to both internal and external visitors. You will play a vital role at our site supporting our employees with tasks such as mail handling site communication assisting with meetings and events and addressing ad hoc questions and requests.

This is an on-site position that requires your presence at our office and reception every day to deliver the best possible service to our employees and visitors. Our office is located in Landskrona just a 10-minute walk from the train station. You will report to the site HR Manager.

You would also:

  • Manage reception welcome visitors and handle incoming calls.
  • Handle mail deliveries office supplies and internal communication.
  • Support internal meetings events and ad hoc employee requests.
  • Provide administrative support to management including travel and document handling.
  • Manage the switchboard system agreements invoices and supplier contracts.
  • Assist HR with administration and employee initiatives.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • is passionate about delivering service with the right mindset
  • has proven experience in office management reception or other administrative roles.
  • can plan prioritize and structure work effectively
  • has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Being an Office Coordinator means being versatile. Youll handle various tasks like answering emails and calls organizing meetings and managing various administrative tasks. Good communication both written and verbal in Swedish and English is essential for smooth interactions. Youll need to prioritize tasks work independently and be flexible when necessary. Proficiency in office software will make your job easier. Experience in administration and office work is great but were also looking for someone detail-oriented and proactive. And of course being open to learning new things is a given!
