Experience with Opera or similar PMS systems and confidence using Microsoft Office is a plus
Flexibility to work morning evening and weekend shifts

Hilton Stockholm Slussen is looking for a Front Office Team Member to join the team in a permanent position at 80% (approx.32 hours per week).

As a Front Office Team Member you are the face of the hotelwelcoming guests managing arrivals and departures and ensuring every stay is smooth safe and memorable.
To thrive in this role you:
Deliver warm professional service at check-in during the stay and at check-out in line with Hilton standards
Support guests with questions and requests providing clear answers and effective solutions
Assist with luggage during arrivals and departures
Keep the lobby and front desk area clean organized and welcoming
Follow safety fire and security procedures to maintain a safe environment
Collaborate with Housekeeping Reservations and other teams to ensure smooth operations
Handle administrative tasks such as guest registration room assignments and payments
Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
Stay flexible positive and calm in a fast-paced environment
