Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience aligned with the technical aspects of the role. (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required.)
Experience:
At least 10 years of extensive experience in high volume manufacturing environment.
4 years of progressive responsibilities and experience in operations leadership.
Experience in Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering
Experience in successfully leading a manufacturing function and directly overseeing 50 hourly/Salary employees.
Working experience in a unionized environment.

Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Business Materials Management or Supply Chain.
Experience:
Relevant experience requirements in Material Planning and Logistics .
Lean / Six Sigma certification or demonstrated equivalent experience applying lean manufacturing principles and standardized work.
Demonstrated experience in one of the following areas: Engine Assembly or Machining.
Experience working and managing multi-sites.
Maintenance background preferred.
Ford CMMS experience is preferred.
