Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email addressing product pricing order stock delivery and account queries.
• Assist with pick packing orders to ensure timely delivery
• Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals

Skills and Experience Were Looking For:

• Experience in customer service or sales would be preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
• A proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed
