Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to internet leads and online inquiries
Communicate with customers via phone text and email to answer questions and provide vehicle information
Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Follow up with potential buyers to maintain engagement and build relationships
Work closely with the sales and finance teams to support the purchase process
Stay informed about vehicle inventory pricing and current promotions
Meet and exceed monthly sales and appointment goals

Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain organized follow-up
Professional and positive attitude
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Valid drivers license required
