Job Summary

Your Tasks

  • Post-Sales Transformation & Growth Enablement:Contribute to the transformation of our Client Success & Operations department into a strategic post-sales vertical that serves as a central backbone shifting local market execution from reactive support to proactive commercial growth.
  • Global Standard Development: Design implementation and ownership of the One Way of Working blueprint for Retail Media & Partner Marketing operations across all MediaMarktSaturn countries
  • Core Team Leadership: Functional leadership of a specialized team of International Operations Managers (2 FTEs) acting as Process Architects for standardization and operational excellence
  • Matrix Enablement & Steering: Facilitation and governance of post-sales operations across all countries and the Central Campaigning hub (23 FTEs) including definition of standards KPIs and daily workflows
  • Operational Excellence: Identification of friction points in the post-sales journey (booking to billing) and deployment of solutions to reduce manual effort and increase speed-to-market
  • Harmonization & Change Management: Alignment of diverse country requirements into a unified operational framework serving as both diplomat and enforcer
  • Tech & Data Integration: Collaboration with Salesforce Leads and Data Managers to ensure ADvendio infrastructure and dashboards support operational strategy

Your Profile

  • Experience: Proven experience in Retail Media AdTech or Trade Marketing Operations with deep understanding of large-scale campaign or trade activation execution
  • International Matrix Expertise: Proven track record in complex cross-border international matrix environments with ability to align diverse teams
  • Leadership Skills: Functional leadership of small teams including development of direct reports and influence across a wider organization without direct authority
  • Strategic & Process Mindset: Strong strategic thinking and system-oriented problem-solving; focus on efficiency and scalable solutions
  • Process & Change Management Skills: Expertise in process management frameworks (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and change management applied to Media/Trade Marketing
  • Communication: Fluency in English (German not required) with ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear strategic decisions for senior management
