Looking for a very senior SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Functional Integrator to lead end-to-end functional integration across manufacturing planning logistics and execution processes. The role focuses on Move to S/4HANA transformations driving Fit-to-Standard adoption using SAP Activate and acting as a trusted advisor to global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end functional integration across MM PP PM EWM PEO and ePP/DS
. Define integrated SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solution architecture aligned to best practices and clean-core principles
. Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and guide business stakeholders toward standardized value-based solutions
. Drive functional leadership in Greenfield Brownfield and Bluefield S/4HANA programs
. Engage early with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions
. Experience with CGI RDS (Rapid Deployment Solutions) for Manufacturing
. Exposure to clean core SAP Best Practices and extensibility concepts
. Pre-sales solutioning or RFP support experience
. Guide and mentor functional consultants and offshore delivery teams
. Ensure solution quality through design governance integration testing oversight and cutover readiness
Experience & Skills
. 15 years of SAP experience with strong Manufacturing domain expertise
. Hands-on experience across MM PP PM EWM PEO ePP/DS
. Proven solution / delivery experience in S/4HANA transformation programs
. Expertise of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach
. Experience working in global / offshore delivery models
. Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
