Responsibilities

As aTravel Coordinatoryou will oversee the planning and execution of employee travel ensuring accuracy efficiency and a high level of service. Building strong relationships with hotels airlines and transportation providers is a core part of the role helping to secure reliable services for the company. Youll also be responsible for managing expense reconciliations tracking travel costs resolving billing issues and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Your role is essential in supporting smooth and stress-free travel experiences for FAST employees.

  • Coordinate and arrange travel for employees including flights rental vehicles and hotel accommodations while serving as a primary point of contact for travel-related questions issues and disruptions to ensure a smooth travel experience.
  • Manage a shared inbox and draft professional email communications ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries.
  • Monitor travel program compliance and communicate travel policies clearly to ensure employees adhere to established guidelines.
  • Manage FASTs travel system Concur to accurately display employees travel itineraries and corresponding costs.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with various hospitality and travel vendors that FAST contracts with.
  • Manage credit card reconciliations for travel-related expenses including collecting receipts from employees and various vendors. Research and resolve all incorrect charges with respect to the travel program. Communicate discrepancies to the necessary parties.
  • Complete other travel-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience.

  • 3.0 minimum GPA.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Liberal Arts Hospitality Management or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook Word and Excel.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly resolve travel disruptions or booking issues.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
