Job Summary
As a Shift Leader within the Augusta Exit 5 Team you will drive the stores daily operations and maximize our teams productivity. The shift leader has responsibility for business results and leading team members by example. Shared company vision attention to detail and caring deeply about the success of each team member are integral to this role. As part of our overnight team you will be focused heavily on cleanliness organization and food prep work for the store.
Overall responsibilities include: running shifts verifying completion of daily checklists ensuring we are correctly set up at store opening and/or before peak periods overseeing team member break times influencing labor productivity carrying out plans that drive customer survey results managing production throughout the store and contributing to team development.
