Omni Fiber is expanding rapidly and were looking for driven Bilingual Business Account Executives to help bring next-generation fiber internet to businesses in our Brownsville TX markets.
This is an opportunity to own your territory build your book of business and earn uncapped commissions while helping local businesses access world-class connectivity.
What You Can Earn
Target Compensation: $70000
Top performers can earn up to $120000 with overachievement at 50% above target.

What Youll Do
You will be the face of Omni Fiber in your territory developing relationships and helping businesses upgrade their connectivity.
Responsibilities include:
Prospect and develop new business through door-to-door outreach networking and referrals
Sell fiber internet voice and TV solutions to commercial customers
Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify customer needs
Attend community events and business networking opportunities
Build and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce or CRM tools
Partner with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience from sale to installation
What Makes You Successful in This Role

What You Bring
25 years of B2B sales experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working toward sales quotas and revenue targets
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
CRM and Microsoft Office experience
Preferred
Salesforce experience
Telecommunications ISP or technology sales background
