Position Overview:

Reporting to the VP Talent The Senior Manager of Talent Management & Learning and Development is a strategic Human Resources leader responsible for designing implementing and sustaining enterprise-wide talent strategies that build organizational capability strengthen leadership pipelines and drive a high-performance culture. This role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure the organization has the right talent skills and leadership capacity to achieve current and future business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management Strategy

• Lead an integrated talent management framework encompassing succession planning performance management high-potential identification career pathing and internal mobility for the organization including training of leaders at the N-2 level and below on new features of talent management platform.
• Ensure consistent calibration standards across regions and functions to strengthen talent decision quality.
• Partner with leadership to identify critical roles and build robust succession plans aligned to business continuity and growth strategies.
• Lead enterprise-wide talent reviews and cross-functional calibration processes providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Establish and monitor talent metrics to inform workforce decisions.

Learning & Development Leadership

• In partnership with the VP Talent design and execute the enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee the design and delivery of leadership development programs across all leadership levels.
• Build scalable learning solutions including blended digital and experiential learning.
• Ensure learning initiatives are measurable and tied to business outcomes.

Leadership & Culture Development

• Champion a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
• Partner with leaders to embed development conversations into performance management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders and partner with HR Business Partners globally to tailor development opportunities to various populations in office & manufacturing employees as well as field based sales and service employees.

Stakeholder Partnership & Governance

• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners Talent Acquisition and Centers of Excellence to align talent strategies.
• Partner with business leaders to assess capability gaps and create development solutions.
• Manage external vendors and learning partners.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
• 10 years of progressive HR experience with focus on talent management and L&D.
• Proven experience influencing senior leaders.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing environments preferred.
