As anEvents Manager We rely on you to:

作为宴会及会议统筹经理我们希望您承担以下职责

Assists Director of Events Management in achieving revenue goal of department.
Accurate administrate and control all Events bookings maximum function space occupancy rate revenue and guests satisfaction.
Work closely with reactive sales and operation departments to handle events successfully.
Supervise event executives and coordinators in their daily work by offering advice and guidance.
Become familiar with any assigned sales file review proposal and discuss profile on group with the appropriate sales personnel.
Specialize Food and Beverage programs by tailoring to fit clients needs.
Always maintain a professional image both in appearance/attire and conduct when dealing with the client/meeting planner and fellow hotel employees.
Contact the client / meeting planner by phone to introduce and follow up with a letter.
Acts as a liaison between client / meeting planner and all hotel operations department.
Ensure all information is detailed correct and all billing arrangements are specified.
协助宴会销售总监达到并超过部门收入预算
准确地管理签约会议团队/宴会预定最高限度地提高宴会厅使用率营业额以及客户满意度
督导宴会统筹经理宴会统筹主任及协调员的日常工作
熟悉任何分配销售文件审查报价并与适当的销售人员讨论团体的信息
为客户提供相应的餐饮配套
在与客户的交流中能一直保持专业的形象不管在外表或言行举止
打电话与客户/会议企划者交流并且以书面的形式进行追踪
能有效地联络客户/会议企划者与酒店运行部门的配合
确保所有信息的详细所有记账的精准

We are looking for someone who has:

候选人应具备以下能力

Has good organizational skills
Has experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
Enjoys interacting with people
Mature and has good logic.
具有良好的组织能力
拥有5星级酒店工作经验
乐于与人沟通交流
成熟及良好的逻辑思维能力
