Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Answer and direct phone calls emails and other communications
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
Filestore and retrieve documents
- Assist with data entry reports and document preparation
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with record audits and compliance requirements
Support management and staff with administrative needs
Maintain confidential employee and company records
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of clerical data entry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
