Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator/Records Clerkto support daily office operations. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks and assisting ideal candidate is detail-oriented professional and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

  • Answer and direct phone calls emails and other communications

  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)

  • Filestore and retrieve documents

  • Assist with data entry reports and document preparation
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with record audits and compliance requirements
  • Support management and staff with administrative needs

  • Maintain confidential employee and company records

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of clerical data entry experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
