- Make50daily collection calls
- Conduct account research and analysis
- Prepare andmaintainvarious reports
- Maintainaccurateaging reports
- Identifyand execute the necessary process adjustments
- Send statements/remindersto outstanding customers
- Reconcile A/R against customer payables
- Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
- Maintain dispute management process on related items
- Comply withthePavionCollections Handbook
- College Degree preferred in Business Administration Accounting or Commerce
- Preferred Candidatewill have experience supporting US English speaking customers
- 3 years of hands-on administrative support experience
- Proficiencyin MS Word MSExceland MS Outlook; must have strong computer skills
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
- Demonstratesa high levelof customer service ability
- Attention to detail
- Has the ability to work independently
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment
- Strong senseof urgency and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm or 7:30am to4:30pmET USA
