Unit Associate I SICU
Full time Night shift 40 hours.
11:00pm 7:30am
TheUnit Associateis responsible for a wide variety of tasks that help to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of healthcare services to our patients. This is a fast-paced position where the associate will be required to work in collaboration with Nurses and the Unit Coordinator. Daily tasks include stocking items to Pyxis and supply carts monitoring expiration dates on items ensuring that patient rooms are properly stocked with supplies and linens restocking supply rooms maintaining a clean work environment and other duties as assigned.
The Surgical Intensive Care Unit(SICU - Zayed 9 East)at Johns Hopkins is an 18-bed unit with a diverse patient population receiving various types of surgeries in this ICU including Abdominal Transplant Cardiac Surgery patients GI Surgery Trauma Vascular Surgery Ortho/Neuro Spine procedures and General Surgery. The SICU team is composed of a unit based multi-disciplinary team. Registered Nurses (RNs) in the SICU take great pride in providing high quality post-operative surgical care every day! Teamwork is the common thread to everything the SICU does come join our team!

Salary Range: Minimum 17.07/hour - Maximum 19.81/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
