Job Summary
Overview:
Signalink is looking to hire a Project Analyst who will work with a diverse team of engineering logistics and aircraft professionals out of Huntsville AL in support of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC) Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD).
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Participate in and provide recommendations input and analysis on interface and mission direction coordination and management with other government agencies contractors and DOD agencies and organic support activities
- Provide input for briefings and presentations
- Prepare and provide input for conferences special training requirements meetings and program reviews in support of special studies and analyses
- Provide consultation and advisory support in the areas of process and controls special studies organization and operations talent management and policies and procedures
- Provide input in the development of the strategic goals and a strategic plan in order to implement DOD DA acquisition policies procedures and guidelines for the Directorates strategic plan.
- Gather and maintain organizational metrics to determine strategic plan effectiveness
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma
- 10 years of Government/DoD experience in performing the essential duties listed above
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Must be detail-oriented able to work under deadlines possess strong organizational skills and a strong team player
- Interim secret clearance is required to start with the ability to obtain a fully adjudicated secret clearance. Signalink is willing to sponsor the clearance process
- Must be a US Citizen
Preferred Experience and Knowledge:
- Experience with front office support in a previous role
- Experience with strategic planning
