Job Summary

As a Housekeeping Attendant you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the club according to established standards.
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping mopping dusting and polishing to ensure a clean and presentable environment for our members and visitors.
Ensure that all allocated areas are cleaned according to established standards.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities documenting any deficiencies or needs for repairs and promptly notifying management.
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned ensuring that they are completed efficiently and effectively.
Organize and maintain supply rooms ensuring that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and readily available when needed.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations including the proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and waste materials.
Assist members and visitors with any inquiries or requests in a polite and professional manner providing excellent customer service.
Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the club.
Perform any other related duties as required by the management team.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred.
Basic maintenance and handyperson skills (plumbing electrical carpentry) a plus.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures chemicals and proper storage/disposal methods.
Ability to follow instructions procedures and health & safety protocols.
Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Good communication skills including basic English.
Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
High school diploma or equivalent.
