Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Role Overview (Project-Based Focus)
KonnectHub is hiring a project-based specialist to design build and implement a complete end-to-end revenue system from lead capture to payment and reporting.
This is not a full-time role. This engagement is output-driven and milestone-based where success is measured by successful system implementation and functionality not hours worked.
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering a fully operational integrated revenue infrastructure ensuring all systems (Website HubSpot Stripe Billing) are connected and automated.
Nature of Engagement (Very Important)
Project-Based / Ad Hoc Engagement
Focus is on deliverables milestones and outcomes
Expected to work independently with minimal supervision
Engagement ends upon successful delivery of agreed scope with potential extension for optimization or maintenance
Project Scope (End-to-End Ownership)
The specialist will take full ownership of delivering the complete revenue lifecycle system:
Lead Capture & CRM Setup (HubSpot)
Customer Journey & Conversion Flow
Checkout & Payment Processing (Stripe)
Billing & Subscription Management
System Integration (Website HubSpot Stripe)
Automation & Data Synchronization
Reporting & Revenue Visibility
Expectation: A fully functional seamless system with no manual gaps.
Key Deliverables (Milestone-Based)
Phase 1: System Design & Architecture
Map the end-to-end customer and payment journey
Define tools integrations and workflow structure
Present implementation plan
Phase 2: CRM & Payment Setup
HubSpot fully configured (pipelines workflows automation)
Stripe fully set up (payments subscriptions checkout webhooks)
Phase 3: Integration & Automation
Website integrated with HubSpot and Stripe
APIs/webhooks/middleware configured
Automated workflows implemented (lead payment confirmation)
Phase 4: Billing & Revenue System
Automated invoicing and billing workflows
Payment tracking and reconciliation setup
Phase 5: Testing & Optimization
End-to-end testing (lead to payment flow)
Bug fixing and optimization
Ensure smooth user experience
Phase 6: Reporting & Handover
Revenue dashboards and tracking
System documentation
Knowledge transfer (if needed)
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver the entire end-to-end system
Ensure seamless integration across all platforms
Eliminate manual processes through automation
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Deliver within agreed project timelines and milestones
Qualifications
Required
Proven experience with:
Stripe (Payments Subscriptions Webhooks)
HubSpot (CRM setup workflows automation)
Strong background in end-to-end system implementation
Experience in API integrations webhooks Zapier/Make
Ability to deliver complete systems independently
Preferred
Experience in SaaS subscription or e-commerce models
Startup or lean team experience
Technical knowledge (JavaScript PHP or similar)
Success Metrics (Output-Based)
Fully implemented end-to-end revenue system
Seamless system integration (no manual workarounds)
Functional and optimized payment & billing workflows
Accurate and automated revenue tracking
Delivery within agreed timeline and milestones

This is a project-based output-driven role focused on delivering a fully working end-to-end revenue and payment system.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership execute independently and deliver results not just provide support.
