Job Summary

As a ServiceNow Technical Architect you will:

Design and define scalable secure and high-performing ServiceNow architecture aligned with enterprise IT strategy.
Develop architectural blueprints and best practices across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM FSM and SPM.
Lead the technical design development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and custom modules.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams.
Conduct technical design reviews architecture discussions and code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Lead complex integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs OAuth SAML and middleware platforms.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Present architectural strategies roadmaps and solution designs to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Establish governance frameworks for ServiceNow development deployment and platform standards.
Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation workflows and technical design specifications.

What You Bring to the Table:

10 years of overall experience in IT with strong experience in enterprise platform architecture.
At least 3 years of experience in a ServiceNow Architect role.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and core modules such as ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM FSM and SPM.
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript Glide scripting Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Experience designing and implementing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise authentication mechanisms (OAuth SAML).
ServiceNow certifications such as: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture governance and platform best practices.
