- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript Glide scripting Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Experience designing and implementing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise authentication mechanisms (OAuth SAML).
- ServiceNow certifications such as: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
