We are looking for a technically strong and insight-driven Senior Data Visualization Analystto join our growing analytics team. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of data ESG and global supply chains transforming complex multi-country datasets into high-impact Power BI solutions that inform executive decision-making.

We are the LRQA Worker Voice team a specialist team in ESG analytics and responsible sourcing working with internationally recognised brands and industry leaders across complex global supply chains. Our programmes transform large-scale global workforce and supply chain data into actionable intelligence that supports human rights due diligence regulatory compliance and strategic risk management.

This role goes beyond dashboard development. You will translate diverse global datasets into structured intelligence that strengthens supplier risk assessment compliance reporting and overall programme effectiveness within responsible sourcing programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop ESG-focused Power BI solutions : Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and structured reporting solutions using large-scale global supply chain datasets. Deliver supplier performance analytics risk indicators and trend insights that translate complex data into actionable ESG and responsible sourcing intelligence.

Develop scalable data models and database structures : Design scalable data models and contribute to structured database solutions that support evolving programme requirements and long-term reporting needs.

Manage data integrity transformation and system integration : Oversee data extraction transformation and validation processes across survey platforms databases and reporting systems. Implement quality control and reconciliation measures to ensure data accuracy consistency and reporting integrity.

Provide analytical support to clients and stakeholders : Conduct targeted analysis respond to internal and external data enquiries and translate complex findings into clear business-relevant narratives that inform strategic responsible sourcing and risk management decisions.

Drive continuous improvement and analytical innovation : Enhance reporting methodologies optimise BI and database performance improve data workflows and contribute to the ongoing evolution of responsible sourcing data products and analytical frameworks.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree inData Science Statistics Computer Science Business Analytics Sustainability or a related quantitative discipline.

A minimum of 5 years experience in business intelligence data analytics or data architecture roles preferably withinESG sustainability supply chain orcomplex muti-stakeholderconsulting environments.

Advanced proficiency in Power BI including data modelling DAX and Power Query withdemonstratedexperience building dashboards from large-scale raw and evolving datasets.

Experience managing multi-source datasets (e.g. supplierauditand survey data) including ETL processes datavalidationand scalable reporting design. Strong ability to convert complex data into decision-oriented insights.

Strong SQL capabilities including database design schema development data transformation and query optimisation. Experience building and maintaining structured SQL databases is advantageous.

Understanding of ESG human rights due diligence or responsible sourcing frameworks is highly desirable. Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
