Your mission

Rattaché hiérarchiquement au Directeur Régional le FormateurSell-out & Merchandising assure la formation lanimation dusell-out et la mise en œuvre du merchandising des marques du Groupe Pierre Fabre en officine. Il garantit la visibilité lengagement des équipes officinales et contribue à développer lesell-out sur son secteur.

RESPONSABILITÉS DÉTAILLÉES

1. Activité de formation : Former les équipes officinales accompagner lutilisation des plateformes LMS organiser des ateliers et webinaires.
2. EngagementSell-out : Animer les challenges officinaux encourager la recommandation produit.
3. Missions Merchandising : Optimiser la visibilité réaliser des planogrammes suivre les ruptures former un relais merchandising.

Who you are

FORMATION DIPLÔMES

Bac3 à Bac5 (scientifique pharma commerce marketing) ou équivalent. Connaissance du fonctionnement officinal indispensable.

COMPÉTENCES-CLÉS

Compétences techniques : connaissance produits merchandising analyse de données outils SI.
Compétences transverses : communication pédagogie organisation autonomie.
