JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting classroom teachers and administration by focusing work on improving instruction as the primary avenue to improve student outcomes; for supporting professional development of skills in critical areas; and for the extraction coordination analysis and design of data to support instructional practices.
EDUCATION TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in the field of Education or related field
Four years experience teaching
Four years experience in data analysis
Two years of Highly Effective or Effective Value-Added Model (VAM) ratings
Two years experience in a leadership or mentoring role
OR
Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required
knowledge skills and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the
position
CERTIFICATES LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS
Valid Florida Educators Certificate in assigned subject area or grade level
