Position Overview:
As an Assembly Tech II you will join a dynamic team of the companys winning culture by supporting the Mercury Marine values of: Integrity Customer Centricity Product & Service Leadership Sustainability and Employee Engagement through the production of high quality inboard and outboard marine engines.

Essential Functions:
- Use a variety of air and pneumatic tools to assemble components for marine engines service parts and assemblies
- Set-up adjust and/or changeover equipment with appropriate tools common to the particular job
- Maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Work Rules and Plant Safety Rules
- Perform inspection common to the classification at required intervals
- Take appropriate action when out of tolerance situations occur and notify appropriate individuals when further action must be taken
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues.
- Participate in training and cross-training to support flexible workforce needs.
The hiring rate for this position is $26.74 hourly.
