Inventory Controller Weekend Shift

Role:Inventory Controller
Location:Dublin 15
Hours:Friday Monday Weekend Shift37.5 hours.

We are looking for an experienced and detailfocused Inventory Controller to oversee andoptimiseinventory levels across our warehouse andlogisticsoperations. This role is key tomaintaininghigh levelsof stock accuracy reducing losses managing inventory costs and ensuring efficient supply chain performance. You will playa central rolein monitoring inventory data performing reconciliations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you be doing

• Maintainaccurateand uptodate inventory records within WMS/ERP systems.

• Carry out regular stock counts including cycle counts monthly quarterly and annualstocktakes.

• Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate variances.

• Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts delays or overstocking.

• Identifyroot causes of stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

• Produce inventory performance reports including accuracy rates aging stock and slowmoving items.

• Provide recommendations to management on inventoryoptimisationand improvements.

• Support continuous improvement byidentifyinginefficiencies and suggesting process enhancements.

About You

• Experience in an inventory warehouse orlogisticscontrol role.

• Strong understanding of WMS/ERP systems and stock control processes.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to investigate discrepancies andidentifyroot causes.

• Proactive problemsolver with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Strong communicationskills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Highlyorganisedwith the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
